Client Services

► 725 families received heat &/or utility assistance

► 83,750 households received commodity foods

► 683 families received tax credit preparation, resulting in $136,753 in tax credits

► $54,552 was raised in Menominee, Delta & Schoolcraft Counties for our Walk for Warmth Heat assistance program

Early Childhood Program

► 407 students served by the program

► 92 percent of eligible children served

► 348 the average monthly enrollment

► 95 percent of enrolees received medical exams 

► 91 percent of enrolees received dental exams

► Eight parents of enrolled children obtained their GED with program-sponsored supports.

The program has an estimated 60 partnerships with other resources in the community to include physicians, dentists, human services agencies, service groups, public schools, colleges, volunteer programs to maximize services for children and their families.

Weatherization/Energy/Housing

► 108 homes received energy improvements

► 141 families received energy efficiency education

► 141 families were given budgeting & financial education

► Five homes were rehabilitated

Senior Services

► 5,230 senior citizens attended our senior centers for services &/or activities

Congregate Meals

► 74,974 congregate meals were served to 702 seniors

Home Delivered Meals

► 134,405 home delivered meals served to 900 home-bound seniors

Homemaker Aide Services

► 17,599 hours provided to 394 senior citizens

Personal Care Services

► 2,533 hours of home care assistance provided to 54 senior citizens

Respite Care Services

► 4,147 hours of respite care services provided to 158 senior citizens

Adult Day Care Services

► 7,240 hours of adult day care services provided to 29 families

Senior Volunteer Programs

► 68 Senior Companions provided 60,923 volunteer hours to assist 525 frail elderly
