About the Role
The Community Action Agency Senior Services Program is currently accepting applications for the following position: Part-time (29 hours/week) Prep Cook in Gladstone.
Hours are generally scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays.
This position assists with the preparation and packing of home delivered and congregate meals for program participants, as well as other contracted meals.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A driver’s license and willingness to fill in at other kitchen locations preferred.
We are looking for applicants who have experience in bulk food prep (catering capacity) but are willing to train the right individual.
Entry wage is $11.22 – $11.73 depending on experience. Benefits include paid time off, 403(b) retirement plan and access to our Employee Assistance Program.
