Job Title: Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) Director
Position Type: Full-time, exempt
Location: Escanaba, MI
Pay Range: $21.36 - $24.80

Job Summary: RSVP is one of the largest volunteer networks in the nation for people 55 and over. The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program Director is responsible for the development and day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring compliance with the conditions of the program’s grants and contracts.

Requirements
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social work, sociology or related field
2. Specialized training in gerontology and/or experience working with older adults preferred
3. Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
