Job Title: Head Cook
Position Type: Full-time, non-exempt
Hours: 5:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Location: Gladstone, MI
Pay Range: $13.70 - $14.82

Job Summary: The Head Cook is responsible for kitchen operations, including managing the preparation of meals for the Senior Services Nutrition Program, ensuring compliance with Michigan Health Department and Nutrition Program standards.

Requirements
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. ServSafe Certification or willingness to be certified
3. Minimum of one year of culinary experience; experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
4. Minimum of one year of supervisory experience
5. Strong communication, time management and decision-making skills
