Client Services
The Client Service program is available for Menominee, Delta, and Schoolcraft counties to assist people who are struggling financially due to unexpected circumstances.
Services include:
Water Bill assistance
Heat and limited utility assistance when there is a shut-off notice or low fuel tank.
Self sufficiency services, including budgeting and energy optimization education.
Information and referral to other sources.
