Established in 1996, through collaborative community partnerships, Welcome Newborns mission is to promote the well being of children, improve parent-child relations and prevent child abuse and neglect.

Delta and Schoolcraft County Parents are eligible to receive Welcome Newborn services free of charge regardless of income or where their baby was delivered!
