In honor of Child Abuse Prevention month, the Welcome Newborns program asked the public to wear blue last Friday, April 10th. To show our support, members of MDSCAA took part! Welcome Newborns is a non-profit program that services Menominee, Delta and Schoolcraft counties. Their mission is to promote the well-being of children, improve parent and child relations and to prevent child abuse and neglect.
