News Release: MDSCAA Notice of Public Comment Period on Proposed FY 2026-2027 Community Services Block Grant Plan. Public comments accepted May 18 through June 1, 2026. $200,000 in CSBG/CSBGD funds planned for Menominee, Delta, and Schoolcraft Counties for emergency food, heat, utilities, and shelter services.
