Homeless Assistance
Our homeless service staff work with anyone who is literally homeless (living in a shelter, street, car, etc.) and may also work with people who are at imminent risk of becoming homeless due to a pending eviction.
Senior Companion Program
Senior Companion's efforts are aimed at helping others live as fully and independently as possible. They are focused on easing loneliness by visiting and talking about old times, playing a game of cards, or just everyday living things that a senior might need some help with.
Foster Grandparent Program
Foster Grandparent Program (FGP) is a national program that engages adults aged 55 and older to provide one-on-one mentorship, tutoring, and support to children with special needs or those who would benefit from extra attention.
Early Childhood Program
The Early Childhood Program is dedicated to providing comprehensive services that support the healthy development of young children and their families.
Client Services
Client Service Centers are available in Menominee, Delta, and Schoolcraft counties to assist people who are struggling financially due to unexpected circumstances. They can sometimes help with utility and water billing and run the Walk for Warmth event.
Retired Senior Volunteer Program
RSVP is one of the largest volunteer networks in the nation for people 55 and over. You can use the skills and talents you've learned over the years or develop new ones while serving in a variety of volunteer activities within your community.

Weatherization Program
The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) provides free energy-saving services to low-income households by conducting energy audits to identify and fix energy-leaking areas, then installing insulation, weather-stripping, and other improvements like efficient windows, doors, and appliances. They can occasionally also help with some home repairs.
