Services

Through a partnership with the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), MDSCAA provides bus service throughout Menominee County Only, for all individuals regardless of age. The service operates out of the Senior Centers in Menominee, Dagget, and Hermansville.

At the bottom of this page there is a link to Data Bus for non-emergency medical transportation. They are unaffiliated with MDSCAA but are the best transportation option for those who don't have another option.
Eligibility & Guidelines

Not restricted to 60+; service is available regardless of age.

Is operated out of the Menominee County Senior Centers.

Rides are given for medical appointments, benefit appointments, and grocery shopping.
Key Implications

Relevant for participants (whether senior citizens or not) who need transportation to/from services such as those at Senior Centers or to meals, appointments, etc.

Only applicable to residents of Menominee County, at present.

In 2024 5,387 rides were provided, covering 57,534 miles.

Residents of Delta and Schoolcraft County in need of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation can click the button below to be brought to the Data Bus website "Rides for Wellness". While not affiliated with MDSCAA, they are the best option for our area in this regard.
