This past Saturday, September 12th, 2026, the MDSCAA live auction was held in the parking lot of the new Menominee Senior Center and Administrative Office. Located at 511 47th Ave. in Menominee, MI, the sky was blue and the day was warm. Dozens of items were laid out to be bid upon- a motorcycle, rows of church pews, children's outdoor play equipment, all-in-one computer systems and laptops, and so much more!

Folks were able to come early and register, as well as browse the available items until the auction began, at 10am CST.

The auctioneers from Superior Auction LLC, Nellie Beland & Joe Cicero, did an absolutely fabulous job. We truly appreciate how helpful they were and how smooth it went with their help! The funds that were raised (approximately $8500) will go directly to helping us renovate the new Senior Center in Menominee. We cannot say thank you enough to everyone that pitched in and helped out or came down and supported us through their bidding. Thank you all very much!
